I am stuck on who they could get because the obvious bets are out of the question. She's a big indie pop act, that's exactly what TRNSMT books.

Looks like the Swedish Mafia Propaganda didn’t have anything to it if Creamfields claims its propaganda. Foos are out of the frame with Muse, who’s left? The Strokes? I don’t feel that Florence fits it and god forbid Mumfords headline. What’s your view on it and who do you reckon will headline? I haven't put any thought into it. Cocky19
I see Electric Fields are moving their festival slot to the 4th to 6th of July, be interesting to see who they book.

Good move I’d say. Bit bonkers having the old dates when the schools were back. Plus won’t be quite as cold. Great wee festival.
wishyboz6
Throwing in Tame Impala to potential outside headliners. George Ezra is definitely big enough to be headlining it tbh. Gerry Cinnamon headlining would sell out regardless of if people think he's headline material. They'll book whoever they think can shift tickets. Those two would definitely do it. It would be utterly embarrassing

howgooditwas
Thought I would look at some of the names mentioned and categorise them into their likeliness. VERY LIKELY - Florence & The Machine, Mumford & Sons, Stormzy LIKELY - Foals, Gerry Cinnamon, George Ezra, Catfish & The Bottlemen UNLIKELY - Biffy Clyro, Calvin Harris, Swedish House Mafia, Twenty One Pilots VERY UNLIKELY - The Strokes, Fleetwood Mac, Queens of The Stone Age

I wouldn’t say a definite no, look back to Kasabian in 2016 - advertised as a UK exclusive for Reading + Leeds and then played TRNSMT, bands often forget about Scotland
dentalplan
This isn't the festival for Swedish House Mafia though. Simple as.

And Reading had a really odd period where they claimed loads of exclusives who ended up playing elsewhere, that's just Reading messing up. If Creamfields are claiming exclusive I would expect it to be accurate.
