Wouldn't The Black Keys at least be a co-head if they return? Or has their stock dropped? Were on before Pearl Jam in 2014.

There are not any rumours that the Black Keys will return. They gave a break in 2015. Dan Auerbach just released his solo album last year and was on tour until April. Also if they return, they will probably start a U.S. tour first.

Made a few changes, think a couple of days look a little strong though...

This looks very good, and pretty realistic I think. It could be a little too strong, but Werchter have already surprised us with how strong the Friday main stage is, so they could pull this off.

In regards to Biffy Clyro, I thought they were playing a couple of shows around Werchter, but double checked and they are later July and early August. So they probably aren't too likely this year, maybe 2020 instead.

And Thom Yorke would be great, but I just didn't have room to fit him in. Would he be Barn headliner if he plays, or is he too big for that?

I think Biffy will be booked less as time goes for festivals where they don't get a great position in the line-up anyway.

Bloc Party added to that Friday would be too good

Yeah I think so too I only really expect a small band to open the stage that day. Read on festileaks about Deus headlining the Barn on Thursday so can switch that over but I doubt the Chems would start their set in the light of day. Would also add New Order but not sure where abouts they'd sit.

Might this be legit? Or just someone's imagination?

Cardi B is playing a Belgium fest already I think so I doubt she'll be there. Other than her vs Mumford on the Saturday I'd be pretty happy with that lineup, think it's a bit optimistic though, but Werchter does get some crazy big names low down on the lineup.
