I've just been thinking of the remaining bands and did some research of festivals around the time and have come up with the following list :- Interpol, mogwai, wombats, vampire weekend, Biffy,  Papa roach, wolfmother,mogwai, Christine and the queen's, Thom yorke, parquet courts, cigarettes after sex, Richard Ashcroft.

Other random bands I've thought of are :- 

30stm- could play Thursday if ego doesn't prevent it 

Catfish and the bottlemen 

Hozier

Vampire Weekend, Interpol, Thom, the Strokes added would be amazing once the full lineup is out.

More fuel to the rumours that Editors are the Sunday sub. They've just announced a festival in France on the Saturday, would be easy to make their way to Werchter from there for a Sunday evening show.
