Doing their own Lisbon show, so seems unlikely. 

I do think it'll be someone more middle of the road, though. Mumford and Sons probably

Maybe Bon Iver before Mumford and Sons? Might be a bit too similar though...

They didn’t mention Bon Iver as headliners so I’m hoping that’s not the case, as good as they are. 

EDIT - in fact... if Nine Inch Nails, Jack White and The National didn’t headline I’m sure Bon Iver will be a sub at most.

Mumfords have a solo show in Lisbon next year, I guess they won't be at NOS

Didn’t realise Mumford had a Lisbon date... so from the bands mentioned in here/announced elsewhere that’s potentially Mumford, Muse and Tool ruled out through Lisbon dates.

Struggling to think of two headline worthy bands who are already confirmed to be about next year, hopefully NOS/Mad Cool are waiting for someone to announce their return... like The Strokes

Still a lot of talk about Smashing Pumpkins.  If they are playing Europe next summer they'd be a decent bet.  Sadly Florence is also still in the mix.  She's playing Madrid in March but there's no Portugal date on her tour.  I'd guess there's a good chance she'll be one of the headliners

That’s fine by me ? but yeah another potential out then, only one I can think so far would be Florence... 

Personally hope Foals are there (obviously) and BMTH, I think dream surprise additions would probably be LCD Soundsytem, Black Key’s or Arcade Fire (first two I haven’t seen and would like to see AF in the dark).

Yeah same I'm just trying to temper my expectations re: The Strokes having been stood in a Camden cellar for an hour before being told by a Deliveroo cyclist they weren't coming the last time I thought I was gonna see em. 

(that was my own fault, I shouldn't have believed that)

Foals will totally be there. Either that or they'll just show up at Porto's Primavera Sound. The Black Keys are a good bet but not a safe one. LCD and Arcade Fire won't be around again just yet.
