It's probably fairly unmemorable for the reason it was utterly mediocre. It wasn't blazing hot. Didn't rain too much. There was a lot of overcast and dull windy days, but it remained warm. A bit of sun from time to time, but not much.

The ground was solid throughout the festival, and the wet ground/mud was trodden back down within an hour of any showers.

Edit: In short, I'd take that again. Unremarkable weather is what you want at a festival really.

It was my first and only too, I seem to remember 2013 that it was possibly on the Wed or Thurs the sun came out strong for hours and we all ended up sunburnt. My memory of the rest of the weekend is patchy.. though there was rain for a period, overall it was very pleasant stuff.

I remember the weather pretty well. Weds was fine and sunny, Thurs afternoon and eve it rained but not too heavily, stopped by night as I sat up at the stone circle. Friday was partly cloudy and hot when the sun came out. Saturday (the day the Stones played) was wall to wall sunshine. Sunday was overcast but warm and dry.

Meant not a lot in amounts, but this run has more over Southern parts in general. Too early to see where it develops though, going to need to wait for the weekend.

Yeah your jogging my memory now, the Saturday was glorious, sat back from the Pyramid stage listening to Elvis Costello then Primal Scream, cracking day. I'd happily take the weather from 2013 tbh.

I’m intrigued how overnight tonight met office forecast is light rain showers for pilton, but their satellite has yellow/orange in the vicinity, which is a proper downpour.

It’s almost like they don’t know what they are on about.

I'm following this thread with great interest from my home base in California.  If I'm reading things correctly, it appears there's a chance it might rain in Somerset over a given 5-day period in late June.  I am shocked, SHOCKED I SAY, by this outcome.

I've been to Sziget in Hungary twice and the first year it was between 36-40 degrees all week (festival is 10 days). The dust was everywhere. It was mental.
