The Cure have been announced as the first headliners for Summer Sessions 2019 in Glasgow. Mogwai and The Twilight Sad are supporting. Tickets on sale Friday 9am.

That bill is absolute solid gold and I am now sorely regretting the choice to plump for tickets for Ed Sheeran at Roundhay on that day when I had the option to go for the Saturday.

Anyone been to Bellahouston before that can give recommendations on parking/accommodation? 

From up North so happy to do either. Probably prefer to drive but cost-wise it's often the same. Not sure how to get back to city centre after as it's less convenient than Glasgow Green.

Goglasgow urban hotel is a 5 min walk with parking but there’s nothing to do in that area unless you like football pubs but it is nice and cheap and it’s perfect for bellahouston Park.

Be better staying at somewhere in town like the jury’s inn and getting the underground to ibrox though if you want to hit the bars.

Anyone having difficulty buying tickets on a PC or mac should use the app on a phone. Straight in that way. The others are still queuing. Must be a bot prevention measure or similar.

Muse announced an extra Milan date so it rules them out for TRNSMT. So they're possible for Summer Sessions.

I can't see them having both Muse and Foo Fighters for it as well as The Cure. It'll be one of the two and I'm guessing it's Foo Fighters after this. I've always said I don't think Muse will have a Scottish date.
