Ah that's good. Someone I know told me back before Christmas that it was them and someone else I forget - I think it was Prodigy?

That's probably right. Found the message and it was someone just saying they had heard the Downs had/were "trying" for Prodigy and Idles.

Be a hell of a homecoming gig for Idles anyway

Turns out it's not headlining then, got confused and thought it was still a multi-day festival. Nice lineup though.

Guy I know who's involved with the management of the Downs has said a few times that they are trying to get a second day to the festival.  Clearly hasn't happened yet though, I must remember to ask him about it again.

Idles could well be headlining the second stage. Orbital did it last year

If anyone happens to end up with 2 spare tickets to IDLES at Electric Ballroom in London on Friday 5 April (only free this date unfortunately) - I would happily take them off you - before you post to Twickets.

I know not ticketing page but mate has had to drop out of the Sheffield Leadmill gig (Tuesday 26 March) so makes it a ballache for me to get there on my own. I have 2 tickets for face value, I can send them out

Idles are down as Friday on The Park on rumours. Any reason why that stage and what sort of time we thinking?

Yeh, I thought it sounded like an odd choice at first (was all set on a JP stormer) but the more I think about it, the more I think it will be all kinds of ace

Love the geezer from Sleaford Mods but hes wrong about Idles. Great band.
