I imagine a lot of managers want to shout that to him. He’s a very irritating guy (if he’s not your manager).

In other news, Birmingham retiring Jude Bellingham’s number 22 shirt is one of the most embarrassing things i think I’ve ever seen a football club do - turning 17 a couple of weeks ago and has only played one season for the first team. Ridiculous.

Had his little shitfit only for Trent to lash one in. You hate to see it.

Don't think it was Klopp that Lamps had a problem with. He said that after the game. Think it was more the behaviour of someone on the bench. I've got no problem with it anyway. Much rather see Lamps getting stuck in and giving it back than I would Sarri sat on his chair chewing on a cigarette.

He seemed easily irked on the touchline last night. Telling Klopp to "fuck off". Sad, really.

I think it was aimed at Pep, but I thought Klopp just laughed it off. Reminded me of Kenny and Wenger over the Kuyt pen. I wish they'd shown the reaction when the freekick went in. 😂

Not sure I agree. I'm not defending the people causing trouble at all. But that would have happened irrespective of if we had the presentation inside the stadium or not.

I think a trophy presentation makes it more of an occasion.  I personally think Liverpool should be condemning the fans for congregating, rather than thanking those staying at home.

Surprised no one has mentioned leeds united, behaviour was far worse than the scousers

Or is it just expected from Leeds supporters.

Maybe it is a stretch but a relative novice, and no transfer budget - I think he has done well. Although I agree the quality of everyone else has dropped off.

I think his points total is about what I would expect (maybe slightly less) for any Chelsea manager. He is lucky that the other teams have been so poor and the media only write positives about him.

Agreed, in general I think retiring shirt numbers is pretty stupid.

Leeds and Liverpool are getting unfair exposure right now. They are both hugely supported clubs without a major league win for a long time the last time Liverpool won the title was actually the same year that Leeds won the old division two promotion and fans were going to gather regardless of any plans put in place or not. Any other team who secured a title this month would also have had a similar situation with their fans, you can't just say it's because of those particular sets of fans.

In the case of Leeds we already had two large spontaneous gatherings when firstly we won promotion and a couple of days later when we confirmed the title, these parties were uncontrolled and resulted in a lot of mess in the city.

A large section of fans were always going to gather as close to the ground as possible for the final game. In order to give the fans some closure and to signal the end of the celebrations the team came out after the presentation and stood on top of bus, the crowd cheered and then dispersed shortly after. There was nowhere near the same level of carnage that had been seen in the previous week. The vast majority of the fans stayed away and most who were at Elland Road behaved themselves. Yeah there was a few dickheads and arrests were made but every city has them.

You watch the hooligan element of fans rise next season in the Premier League.

🤦‍♂️

It’s not the 80s any more. The Service Crew no longer terrorise the country.

I do think the premier league has been lacking in passionate fans though. When your team visits Elland Road, try get yourself a ticket and then you’ll hear what true love for a team sounds like.

Been to Leeds away many a time, horrendous fans and the worst I've come accross in nearly 40 years watching football.

Yeah there’s no polite clapping and “please pass the prawn sandwich” brigade at Leeds. Stick to lawn bowls or tennis if you don’t like the atmosphere.

Lively atmosphere I don't mind, thugs and scum like a big slice of leeds fans I do mind.

and the worst fans I have come across are man utd fans ...wonder If its to do with the rivalry

to take the time to make an instanbul banner and sneak it into the stadium and constantly harass the kids whose dad have died takes some doing

leeds fans haven't stopped going to away or home games since we got relegated and most championship clubs have warm words for us and say we are always the best fans to visit the stadium.

the manc vs leeds game I was at there was no munch chants until that instanbul banner was unfurled, then it all kicked off. doesn't make it right but don't pretend your lot are all innocent

Munich chants have been going on at leeds for many many years, the fan getting murdered is not even comparable.

Its not just about chants. Like I said a few posts ago violence will be on the up in citys up and down the country next season.

Saying that I'm actually glad leeds have gone up, it certainly gets the juices going for one season.

From my experience, Leeds are no worse than Birmingham City. Have never seen Leeds fans misbehave inside the ground. They have been a bit of a nightmare outside Elland Rd, but not as bad as the likes of Millwall or Cardiff.

Leeds have a reputation but I have found it to be unjustified from my own experience.

We did earn that reputation in the 80s but that was a different era. Times have changed, we still have the rowdy fans but everyone still loves to hate Leeds. We actually thrive on the hate we get so we welcome it. :D

Strange how people see it differently.

Been to watch Birmingham countless times down the years  and never seen any trouble in or outside the ground. Not even in the city, police on every corner certainly helps though.
