Even if those Newcastle gigs aren't insta-sellouts in the event on Friday, they'll clear full sales by the dates with ease - imagine a bump in interest when the arena dates conclude, and when the new record lands in February.

Actually, when I think about it, the new record's arrival would be the perfect time to announce him as a Glastonbury headliner if it is indeed the case.

Standing gone at all three St James' Park shows but what appears to be ample seating for all of them remains in both pricing tiers too.

Where are you seeing this? When I busted looked on Ticketmaster and searched for seating on the Friday it says unable to allocate, and the Saturday link takes me straight to hospitality?

Seetickets. I believe they are the main provider for the St James' Park shows.

Got Sunday standing for myself, wife is a huge fan and suddenly not so sure he will be at Glastonbury so decided to go for it. Getting up to Newcastle from Bristol for it will be a pain though!

CrossCountry your best bet, surely? Won't be cheap, of course.

Saturday night looks to be a done deal - out on TM and SeeTickets.

Still limited seats on the latter for the Thursday and both seating tiers on the latter for the Sunday.

London has a ton left. No doubt it will sell out by next year - the album in February will trigger another wave of interest - but in the same week where Lana Del Rey has sold out two nights at Wembley on higher prices, I will admit that I am very surprised.

Could be too that it might see demand begin to flow when the upcoming London O2 shows are been and gone. But yeah it was noteworthy that it was quite a bit slower and I'm not sure it can just be explained away as the demand clearly being enormous in his hometown given SF sold out 2 shows at the O2 easily enough.

I think it’s a timing thing. I’m sure it will sell out but maybe after the O2 gigs.  We’ve seen him at Glastonbury and twice since and have booked to see him at The 02. Even ignoring the fact we are waiting to see if he headlines Glastonbury, it’s a lot for people to book tickets for a second gig for the same album they haven’t been to the first one for. We’ll book the London Stadium show if he’s not at Glastonbury I think
