It is not too far. Depends on where do you wanna go . So, if you don't want to go far away from Zagreb, I would suggest Istria or northern Dalmatia (Zadar, Šibenik maybe) (cca 2 hours).
But I prefer the south. ;)
And I always use BlaBlaCar because it is the fastest and the cheapest way to get there. (cca 15-20 euros).

Zadar/sibenik 2 hours? I don’t wanna ever be in a car with you! 😂

really considering going there this year (well i did too last year and the year before). if i want to stay longer in croatia? how long/far/expensive is it to get somewhere to the sea by train or bus?

I went last year and visited the island of Krk. It was very beautiful and I can recommend it strongly.  2-3 hours drive from the airport.

I'd recommend all the coast, agree to Istria and Krk, your choice would depend mostly on where your flight back will depart imo.

thanks for your advice to all. i'm glad its not that far at all.

coming from austria i want to avoid flying, as it makes no sense, at least to come back to my place.  i hope it all works out

Oh if your driving from Austria it’s easy. Nice straight forward highway to anywhere. Only thing you wanna plan is if you take an island with a ferry you’ll need to look up a cheap enough place to leave the car. Krk as mentioned by many people is easy as there is a bridge to it so you can drive straight over. It isn’t the most beautiful island in my opinion but it’s nice. If you want something not on the coats krka national park and plitvice lakes are nice. Istria is great for food and a bit more upmarket than dalmatia. Basically you can’t go too wrong and that period is pretty nice as it’s before the schools break out and the tourist hoard decend...

I imagine that Killers are huge in Italy? Some Italian Killers fan page shared announcement and i saw many folks commented in Italian lately :)

Yes, probably The Killers and The Lumineers are the only bands on the bill known by the most here.

hey all, i've already bought 2 tickets for Inmusic but unfortunately I must visit on that days a business trip and have to sell my tickets! so please contact me if you want to buy 2 tickets for 50 € each.

Not sure how strict they are on this, but FYI: "Changing the name of ticket holder is possible after purchase but with an additional fee applied. The fee charged for the name change on the already purchased ticket equals the difference in the ticket's face value on the date of purchase and the date of the ticket holder's name change, plus an additional 5 EUR transaction fee on top."

In the past years I had some spare tickets of friends of mine and there weren't any problem at all.

thanks Gregory, i've heard that it shouldn't be a problem with the name on the tickets, my only problem is to sell my purchased tickets, anyone plans how i should go further? or anyone interested?

You’re going to struggle as it usually doesn’t sell out. So will be hard to find someone who’d rather buy yours than via the website.
