nikkic
After 8 weeks of rehab and strength work, ankle is feeling loads better. First run since early March happening tonight. 5-10 mins easy as fook. Fingers crossed this is the start of the road to the Manchester marathon. Will definitely have a listen. What’s your connection to John? Are you an ultra runner yourself? I’ve become pretty obsessed with ultra running since lockdown and have my first one in November later this year.

I thought it might be a good idea to do my first with Centurion as I had heard they organise their events really well. It’s fairly local to me as well. Hoping to do Lakeland 50 and/or NDW 50 next year. Edited May 30, 2021 by lessthanwill1

MrHew
I'm still not able to do anything strenuous since covid but I'm able to get some walking and allotmenting done. Hoping that in a few weeks I can get started on some strength and cardio
