I agree, Billie Eilish won´t generate so much hype and as I said before she already had a show here in Portugal 3 weeks ago.

1-Coldplay

2-Something we´re not expecting at all

3-The Strokes or Green Day or AC/DC

I like Billy but no one that new & with one studio album should be considered as heavy headliner, being 10 + years on the top should mean somethning.
