The increase in price and capacity makes it seem like they've got something up their sleeves for sure. Jimmy Eat World is a big booking for them but not massive I don't think.

As i said earlier in this thread I thought the remaining headliners were 2 of Idles, Frank Carter and Neck Deep. Idles are exclusive somewhere so probably Reading, Frank is playing 3rd at Download that could rule him out.

Still possible, was it Outbreak that had Turnstile as an exclusive last year and then they still got announced for Trees?

Outbreak always let you know if a band of there is an exclusive and Knocked Loose is not listed as one so that's confirmed it to me that they're playing Trees this year. Comeback Kid headlined Outbreak last year and played Trees this year and Turnstile were one of the headliners in 2018 and again played Trees. I know Outbreak used to go for exclusives but I'm guessing they don't mind Trees sharing acts with them.

Yeah that's one of my things. Jimmy Eat World aren't any bigger than a regular Trees headliner so that extra money and capacity has to be going towards somewhere. Deftones are playing the Thursday of Mad Cool so that leaves them free for Fri or Sat easily. I know they're at Download but there is no mention of an exclusive and the last time they did Download they did a show at Wembley in June. Again, I don't think it's all too likely but lots of things are lining up.

I was fully expecting it to be Neck Deep and Frank Carter as well but not too sure anymore. I feel like it could be Jimmy Eat World / Neck Deep / Deftones

It was 2018 and they were meant to be an exclusive. I guess them and Trees are ok working with each other as Comeback kid headlined last year and played Trees.

White Pony in full. It’s the organisers’ dream booking. I think they’ve managed to pull it off. 

Jimmy Eat World, Deftones & Neck Deep is a good set of headliners.

I mentioned City and Colour, but it got me thinking that if Dal is around you never know maybe AOF is stil a possibility.
