It's the munchies. There used to be an old small Luton van that used to operate at night in Birmingham (a few decades ago now). It used to cater to the stoners that weren't near a 24 hour petrol station (shops didn't open them hours then), or couldn't physically get there. It had an array of chocolates and savoury items. 

I recall being in the presence of an acquaintance in him and his girlfriends flat one night. We were all pissed and spaced out on dope. However, we needed more alcohol, Rizzla, and fags. So, this bloke rang up a taxi firm and asked them if a driver could obtain the afore mentioned, drive it to us, and he or she would be paid handsomely as a result. There then ensued a battle of words. I suspect it started with the taxi firm telling him where to shove it. However, this bloke then said, the only reason I'm making this request of your taxi firm is because I'm disabled, and can't get to the shops myself. It was then that the taxi firm said that they would oblige. The bloke put the phone down, looked up at us all, only to see shocked faces with mouths wide open. He judged what we were all thinking, and then said ' Well, I am disabled. I can't fucking move'! Anyway, it worked, and the stuff arrived, and the taxi driver was given a healthy tip. Needless to say, I have no further dealings with that bloke (and haven't for about 15 years) as he turned out to be, possibly, the biggest bell end I've ever met in my life.
