Kings of Leon are playing Finsbury park and two arena shows.

James are back in July after having a break from touring, not played since 2016

Kings of Leon play Newcastle a disproportionate amount compared to other US bands. Not really fussed about their output these days but fair play to them. I cannot remember any other US band that would include NCL in a three date UK tour.

She's with the 1975 stateside until mid June and then her first European dates aren't until mid July so I feel like we might miss out on her unfortunately

As the resident Snow Patrol fan, good to see them not cropping up on that bill with KOL (they're on a bill together on the Friday in Amsterdam). They're back in the UK July 1st - a slot on Sunday looking likely.

But it would mean 3 nights in a row, and also up against Macca might be an odd choice.

Still, think they're now as likely as any of the other possible Other Stage headliners (not taking for granted PSB will definitely be on Other).

And James! Levellers, Frank Turner and decent Avalon type acts such as jade bird, Lucy Spraggan and of course Beans on Toast though he deserves the Park this year!

Levellers at Y Not is interesting. Means they're on the summer circuit and not exclusively focusing on Beautiful Days.

Yep. My Gf was ecstatic with the news. Easily going to have a guest spot with Taylor on top of that.

Kings of Leon still headline big festivals all over the world. they're not playing the 2nd stage at Glastonbury for a relative pittance.

I despise them but they still headline festivals across the world. Lots of people like them.

Not sure if they're touring but Groove Armada have apparently called on Glastonbury. Would be amazing if they were booked with a live show.

Lovebox has just added some new acts. Only two weeks after Glasto so could be some cross over?
