See tickets front end firewalls and servers are based in London and use the exponential backbone, so if you're in London and on that backbone too, you're a few internet hops closer than the rest of us. 

saying that it's milliseconds difference we're taking but every little helps!

Don't you need to select the day first? That one looks like the reg numbers page which is after the day has been selected?

So, then you're getting the spinner in chrome and the page is taking ages to load, do you stop it and refresh or wait a couple of minutes for it to timeout and open a differnet tab?
