I remember the last time I tried to get tickets, I had a very inquisitive family member (father in law), asking a ton of questions about the festival, how hard it was to get tickets, how many people went, who was playing, when did I last go, etc etc.

It can't be stressed enough - make sure you're in a quiet room where you can concentrate in peace.
