It's very top heavy but it's big, shows you where Boardmasters pulling power is that they've got a Reading headliner and one from last year. Reading have shot themselves imo having a headliner that is now at Boardmasters and has a UK tour not sold out yet....also a headliner at Latitude. They definitely know what they are trying to do by announcing as much if their lineup as possible in one.

Just decided to go to this, can anyone recommend somewhere to stay that isn’t camping or too expensive? Appreciate that most places are booked already.

So early august this one, highly likely to be cancelled. Do people think this could be the end of Boardmasters? Cancellation 2 years in a row to elements they can’t control. Really hope not have done boardies 5 times now as a punter and steward and it’s such a wonderful event 🤞🤞🤞

Its in a group with NASS so maybe they can keep it going. Its got quite loyal fans and the area has been hit not too bad by corona which may help ticket sales a bit to get some cashflow.

Corona sunsets is a stage which has been there for a few years, it’s sponsored by corona.

I wouldn’t put it in the same category of Nass as Nass is more dance and Boardmasters is more mixed like y not or truck however on a different league to them on location.

 

there is no chance this is going ahead but again they do have a loyal following. 2020 is the year where Boardmasters and boomtown are on different weekends so that probably helped Boardmasters tickets and boomtown as more people going to both. I was down to work at both this year.
