I cane here for a review. Does a description of what is on the first 9 pages count as a review? I suppose it does.

Can you please take pics of each page so i can read it myself?

and take money from the eavii? As loyal festers we cannot do that

Only read the bit on the 70s so far but...

So far so good. Michael writes a piece at the start of each decade (presumably we'll get one from Emily too later on), in the 70s chapter there's a brief bit on his life up until he had to return to the farm and then how his life was until the decision to hold a festival was made. He then goes into a little more detail about the festivals held that decade.

Little sections from a number if people with their memories of the festival, Thomas H Green's bit a highlight, plus some nice newspaper clippings and fabulous photo's.

Would recommend.

Though this thread hasn't had a review but spoilers and people who haven't received there copies. NOT A REVIEW IS IT GUYS. Disappointed not annoyed.

ok well I was hoping at this point we would have had many people with the book in their hands ...thats why I called the thread ...book reviews .... unfortunately we dont seem to have had many receive them today ... or those that have are too busy reading them ... im sure many more will be forthcoming over the next few days ... from better posters in such areas than myself ... something else to look forward too :)

especially if the tickets inside have a best claim before date :) .... ( they aren't really inside :)  )

Since he ordered it and paid for it then the tickets would have been his, leading me to the horrific thought of him and his family coming with us and grandpa babysitting  at the basil brush show whilst he and his good lady are at the SE corner!

How do you enter the draw for the tickets? Is it only if you've bought from Waterstones?

Yes exclusive to WaterStones, you just have to buy the book and you're entered, closes tomorrow so last chance
