Sunstroke 2020 Festival, Punchestown Racecourse 13th - 14th June Eire

A new festival fixture in the Irish landscape, well an old festival that ran in 1994. 95 covering indie to metal acts, MCD has created the new event with quite interesting lineup of international and national acts, I wish I could make it myself but I have to go to my nephews stag night around the same time in Prague, but I'll throw up the poster for the curious.

It is indeed I think 2013 was its last year when it attempted to turn completely dance music.

That sounds about right. A friend of mine went in 2011 and it looked pretty great (not least with one day having a Foo Fighters-AM co-headline) yet it seemed to just fall apart very quickly thereafter.

Anyone from outside ireland headling to this? Curious if the lineup has peaked much interest abroad as ireland never had a large camping rock/metal festival before this. Be a shame for it too go under the radar and dissappear.
