So I was excited to put a 6 month plan in place from Jan to improve my flexibility (priority - I cannot cross my legs, nor sit with my arse on my heels without searing pain) and lose a small amount of weight/improve fitness. I'm not in awful shape, but certainly the worst I've been. Historically sporty. Football and badminton. Cannot stand running.
2nd Jan. First football training session in 5 months. Motivated. Played an awesome 55 mins. Then totally obliterated my ankle ligaments. They're ruined. Currently feeling very sorry for myself. Perhaps some adapted yoga for a while and pray I can do some more intensive exercise in advance of GF from April, perhaps.
Hotbox is of no interest to me. It's just another company making profits from people's voluntary work. Voluntary work should have a charitable objective, in my opinion. Possible exceptions for work experience or career development.
