The new regulations also establish the closing time of the musical activity, which will be related to the closing time of the metro. That is, from Monday to Thursday, the concerts will have to end at 11 p.m. (one hour before the metro closes); and on Friday at 1 a.m. (the metro closes at 2 a.m.). On Saturday there is no limitation, because the metro runs all night. However, there are exceptions if the festivals deploy their own mobility plan, as Primavera Sound and Cruïlla already do, which partially finance the extraordinary operation of buses and the Tram, in addition to reaching agreements with the taxi service.
