I'd say you could charge an awful lot more than $999k if you could get Bowie to tour these days !!!

It’s not just a straight up stand alone booking either like you would for a private event. The record label will be holding hands with the management and the festival organisers. The contract may involve multiple artists across multiple festivals.

Muse's shows in Europe grossed between 1 and 7 millions of $. There's no way they cost 150k anywhere in the EU

no it's not.  

They're three names I've been told have had conversations with Glastonbury.

Which might not be true.

And if it is true, it doesn't mean they've been booked.
