7th goes into that, rather than the proper europa league.

So top 4 for Leicester, Chelsea and Liverpool's own hands. If any of them win all of their remaining games they will get top 4. HUGE game for Chelsea v Leicester, although even if Chelsea do lose they could end up winning the competition anyway so more pressure on Leicester for that game.
