They've been saying for a while on BBC now that Biden is due to speak soon. I'm shortly going to the gym for my last in-person class for probably some time. Bet he starts as soon as I get there! I've been watching for hours all afternoon and very little has happened so it would be sod's law.

That's a huge problem I find with politics. If you call someone out on one thing, people will just come back with 'Yeah, but what about this thing the other guy did...'. This is part of the reason society is so messed up.

I know Trump is creepy, I'm sure everyone on here does.

But that doesn't mean we can't be critical about Biden's manner.

I just find it a little bittersweet that USA will finally get rid of Trump but replace him with an older white man who seems equally as creepy with women and seems to be of less sound mind.

I'm not saying Biden is as bad as Trump, I'm just saying it is a shame there wasn't a better candidate up against Trump.

There was a better candidate, but in 2020 America is more likely to elect Biden than Bernie. Biden is far from ideal but he’s the best option to dethrone trump. Not a perfect world but better than Trump’a dystopian future!

It's not really equally creepy though, one is of out of context pictures repurposed as propaganda and the other is Trump being himself.

If the worst thing about Biden is some awkward photos which aren't related to how he get the job done then that's a brilliant, if Biden sorts out climate change, coivd, democracy and all the other problems going on would you really care about some clickbait propaganda vid? Besides shit like this will be forgotten about soon enough like Gandhi was a c**t to women, Martin Luthor King fucked about alot and Churchill starved to death millions of Indians but it doesn't change how they are thought of afterwards.

It’s not looking like Biden was the best person to dethrone Trump. If Biden wins it will be nail bitingly close. Surely to god there was someone younger, brighter, more charismatic, and less creepy than Biden that could have been put against the man with literally zero redeeming features and absolutely trounced him. Clinton or Obama would have trounced Trump surely as a for instance.
 

Agree, Bernie better than them both, but still very pensionable. Surely America deserves better than these 3. Or... on the other hand... maybe it doesn’t...
