No it isn’t. I just gave a list of names. People are free to interpret that however they want.

Some will vote for the best act they’ve seen at the festival, others will just vote for their favourite acts. Some will vote tactically, others will just vote against the ones they don’t like.

There’s no set criteria. It’s up to individuals why they vote for who they do.

If you included Kylie then surely you’d have to also include Stone Roses, Steve Winwood, Red Hot Chili Peppers and all the other announced headliners that pulled out. 

Suppose same could be said for 2020’s three, but kind of different circumstances with them in that the festival went with them and they weren’t replaced.

I only went as far back as 2000, so wouldn't have needed to worry about those guys. Only included a few others - Pulp, Prodigy, Levellers, Costello, T-Rex as I felt they were historically significant.
