So why are we doubting The Common's message about the full lineup on May 6th? Mad how people are doubting this, but then some complete stranger can post a rumour on here and half the forum will believe it

The general consensus is that the common message about the full lineup on May 6 referred to the full lineup for the wider common area with further announcements for individual venues within the common to follow.

I don’t think anyone is doubting it but it isn’t the 6th of May yet.

Edit: in case you’re not aware the Common mean their full lineup not the whole festival.

I think we're all wrong.  Just seen this on Twitter.  So does that mean that if the Common are going to be involved int referral to the Privilege Committee, when they say a full line up on 6 May, they mean the Government after the local elections on the 5th?

That would be June for the full lineup with stage splits and timings, so we would expect lots of area announcements before then

Seems like we'll get all areas as normal - Common have confirmed their lineups are coming before then, so I presume since we have Avalon we are still on track to get individual areas

Also when the Glastonbury account tweeted the Avalon lineup they also said "For the first of our Glastonbury 2022 area / venue announcements" Which sort of implies more on the way

No there will be area announcements but the full lineup with times etc will be in June is what Emily said
