Plan put forward but never actually agreed upon and put in place. On economics Osbourne was to the right of Thatcher...if labour had done the same then would have also been to the right pf Thatcher. Johnson is far more keynsian, on economics he is to the centre (well, he likes to spend, not sure he's bothered where the money comes from).

Well thats the issue that everyone sees the centre in a different place. The argument also isn't always economic, it can be social or in this case the EU. People also willingly forget Corbyn campaigned against the EU for longer than Farage had been in politics.
