you off your nut dancing in leftfield to this news?

Of course 😉 no one has joined in with my ‘Oh Sir Keir Starmer’ chant yet though.

If they were red and had left red, white and blue smoke trails, they probably weren't to do with that.

They weren't - they were grey/silver & no smoke trails. They also weren't in formation, they came over at 30 second intervals. We do have a few RAF bases nearby, but I've never seen so many before.

Tbf that lot I was semi-jokingly referring to did a display near to me yesterday, hence why they may have come to mind.

But that is a more interesting one. Could be a relocation exercise, or drills, but can see how that might be a little bit disconcerting.

May have been F35's or Typhoons on their way to a fly past somewhere as it is Armed Forces Day.

Torsten Bell had a massive ding dong on twitter the other day trying to explain to people that's not how the rental market works.

Its clear alot of people expect socialism for the rich to carry on after the governments covid policies

I think it's all about lenders being more lenient with borrowers, as opposed to govt support.

But I guess the whole idea of rate rises...is to make people poorer so they stop spending the bloody bastards. Problem is it is only affecting a small part of the population, although we go into a recession then more will feel it. Happy days.

Shocking. It’s almost like raising interest rates in a cost of living crises isn’t a good idea…
