Again easier said than done just taking empty properties from people we have things like contact law and property rights in this country. Those laws are then enforced at a global level by things like the WTO.

When in government changing laws is what you do.

Laws can be changed easily, even at local council level - where we lived recently was a derelict property that had been left for over 10 years. The council had enough and so went to court and seized it.

Where there is a will, there is a way.

Government simply has no will.

Build Back Better.

and this is why they all do it......

Creating a memorable and effective three-word slogan can be the difference between a successful marketing campaign and one that flops. To make a slogan that sticks in people's minds, you need to keep it simple, catchy, and relevant to your brand. A great three-word slogan should be easy to remember, unique, and evoke an emotional response. When brainstorming new ideas, think about your brand's key values and what message you want to convey to your target audience. Consider using wordplay or alliteration to make your slogan stand out, and don't be afraid to experiment with different combinations of words until you find one that works. Some popular three-word slogans include Nike's "Just Do It," Apple's "Think Different," and McDonald's "I'm Lovin' It." By incorporating these tips and being creative with your approach, you can create a memorable and effective three-word slogan that helps your brand stand out in a crowded marketplace.

But they aren't addressing the issues you empty headed fool (oh look big bad Barry has been baited into giving the abuse back - oh no the over lords will be angry now).  They are ignoring it, covering it and trying to pretend everything is ok.  All with your approval.

theyve announced plans for an enquiry which is the opposite of ignoring it.

Which is why I pointed out there are laws or rules above governments. If say a Singapore pension fund decides to buy up a block of flats then they have certain rights internationally. If we disobey those then good luck tapping the credit markets 👍

Government simply has no will.

Heard that before with Brexit "We can simply leave have a bonfire of regulation and then government can do what ever it wants and fix everything"

I think we've found out 99% of these rules and regulations which admittedly slow down governments and hinder them are there for a reason. The populist answer that seems the most simple most of the time isn't.

I don't know which night be deemed central but there are lots of Brownfield sites in Bristol.

https://www.bristol.gov.uk/business/planning-and-building-regulations-for-business/planning-for-business/brownfield-land-register

luckily the entries at the top of the data doc, are the ones nearest to me so i know the land, so i looked at those, mostly  not suitable for building on for one reason or another if they are built on, the plots are so small they'd only be be single person dwellings.

Was that before or after ignoring the negligence, rewriting reports and then be called out for it ?   You are either trolling or just gullible

You're trolling or just obtuse; will be different peeps doing the enquiry.

IFS saying the NHS spending plans already announced by the Tories of hiring almost a million more staff over the next 13 years will require tax rises the equivalent of raising all income tax rates by six percentage points or hiking VAT from 20pc to 27pc.

To a single person wanting a dwelling to live in they would be perfect then.

No they don't solve the problem but they are a part of the solution.
