I really need politics back as a distraction from the last few days.

Good speech from Starmer, building on the general vision from Conference and setting out the difference between them and the Tories. I thought it was very interesting he was talking about the investment over the next 10 years for climate change and how the Tories lack of foresight a decade ago meant that projects couldn’t be built in the UK now for renewable energy sources. Setting out how proactive Labour would be.

I mean...it's all bollocks...he's just trying to set out a theme and get in the news a bit I guess...but there aren't going to be any actual policies until closer to the next election.

Both leaders are very opposed to it. I think all Class Bs instead of just weed is an interesting approach which could slow down decriminalisation in general. Definitely a positive step
