To be honest all the mainstream media, anti BBC stuff is no different to the rhetoric you hear from the right on GB news.

My view on Corbyn was some (not all) of his policies were fine, but he was a poor messenger to those outside the bubble. I also think his prioritizing of issues such as middle east politics and nuclear weapons didn't fit with the priorities of the electorate. I think a younger, more charismatic person running on a similar (but tweaked) platform without the baggage could succeed.

But your younger candidate could only succeed with the support of the media and having gone through the checks of the intelligence agencies, that is the point, we don't live in a true democracy, we are "guided" by the media into taking an opinion, here is a picture from 1911, some of you may be familiar with it,

The world hasn't changed since then, the class of people with power and money are the same, where do you think politicians fit on the pyramid? It's strange that on a supposedly socialist based forum the members are all obsessed by who is going to be head tory, when in fact it won't make any material difference to us. The only question about Corbyn is, was he an idealist hoping to change the system from within or was he simply part of the eternal pyramid? (we fool you).

I don't think Corbyn ever really wanted to be PM. Think he would have happily stayed as leader of the opposition having his supporters sing his name and having the easier job of promising and opposing instead of compromising and delivering.
