Mogwai are one of the headliners I believe.   Gonna take an optimistic guess at Lucy Dacus. Could see any of the following playing: Self Esteem, Kneecap, English Teacher, Ezra Collective, Michael Kiwanuka

Try writing an email to the festival. They also help in questions like this and they also have a "little stage" where people with wheelchair can look at the main stage and watch the performances.  And ask chatgpt which hotels are wheelchair friendly and chatgpt will send you 3-5 links. Of course they might advertise themselves this way and there might be difficulties, after getting the link and the details of the hotel, you can message them or call them to get appropriate information. 

My thoughts went to Sun Hotel by Menzingers, but I quickly realised that it would be stretching to find a Trees band that don't have at least one track about a hotel or motel...   Not my bag, but MOD SUN's latest singles are Sunshine and Motel Lights. Can't work out how Merchants could fit in though.
