Very unlikely. Korn wouldn't be bigger than the other names that year and Beck and Lorde have radius clauses from Primavera

Primavera usually always get leaks though. Mad Cool done this a year or two ago when they had MCR and the Strokes and Haim leaked the poster and the strokes ended up pulling out

yeah but it was the night before the announcement (Pavement leaked the poster) and they just decided to go ahead with their video that had already started to slowly reveal smaller acts. 2018 Idles did the same. The difference is that there might actually have been a date set for release that the acts upheld on their end, it just turned out to be the wrong time. Mad Cool on the other hand always had their stuff leaked days before the announcement, which hints at miscommunication. 

Since PS is so high profile, major acts are often known beforehand, but mostly thats due to music indistry insiders talking, which isnt comparable to a leak of an entire poster.

Strokes didn‘t drop out because of the leak but because Mad Cool put them on the poster although no final contract was signed.

this looks better already than the 2021 version, even without the missing headliner(s) on Thursday, but why are they changing so much of the cancelled line up every year? They don't seem to put much of an effort to rebook.

Well they rebook quite a lot but they just stack on top of it and push headliners like Royal Blood or Deftones in the subline.

But at the same time lift up Pixies and Placebo. But I don't really think that matters its just font size in the end.

Not having Taylor Swift will have free a huge sum. I also think that the missing headliners ,not counting Imagine Dragons (if its them) and The Killers, will be rather small.
