First time I ever heard of him was him throwing a tantrum about not winning at some award show. Hes always been a cock and his Glasto show was one of the worst things I've ever seen in the flesh. Was mortified for him with the amount of people leaving.

All of the stuff he’s been saying is right out of the right wing playbook - BLM was a scam, George Floyd was a scumbag drug addict and died of drugs, Jews control everything etc. He’s literally just parroting things they’ve told him and it’s sad to see him so susceptible to this kind of bollocks in the same way it’s always the people calling others sheep who are the ones who’ve been influenced heavily by propaganda. Maybe one day he’ll snap out of it, but for now those people are the only ones ‘on his side’ so he’s gonna dig himself in further.

It’s good to see all of these brands and a lot of celebrities actively taking a stand against him. Guy has been basically untouchable for too long and has bounced back from every controversy relatively unscathed, so hitting him in his pockets and blackballing him from celebrity circles is probably the only way he’s ever gonna learn. No doubt he’ll chalk it up to people being out to get him or some shit and blame the Jews further, but I think this, if anything, might cause a light to flick on. 

Not sure on the accuracy but I read somewhere earlier today that because of these deals falling through he’s technically no longer a billionaire.

Sad that it took this long though. In my eyes he's personally lost his ability to have a platform. You can't be spouting the shit he has and then have an article in two years like 'I'm sorry, welcome me back in', his stature as celebrity should be gone, but it won't be, there'll always be some chancer company that will back him eventually. The guy should fade into obscurity and stay out of the limelight, and that's coming from someone who previously loved his albums.

Yep. This sums it up for me. Was a “jackarse” about Taylor Swift and has been on an embarrassing downward spiral since. Glasto was a fucking disgrace. I really felt for him. I mean that fucking queen singalong? Fuck me.

He’s one of the biggest, most influential, and critically acclaimed artists of our generation. He also happens to be an easily led and insufferable jackass. Both of these things can be true, and the festival was incredibly lucky to get him on what will possibly be one of his last U.K. shows ever, regardless of what you thought of the performance (it wasn’t nearly as bad as some would like you to believe).

He can't be that easily led on things he is without actually being a total waste of space.

And just to say too, if I find someone that much of a twat then I have no interest in what talents he may or may not have elsewhere because being a dick will override that.

The general consensus is that the second half was a total shitshow.

Heartless is the only song of his I have anytime for personally.

It wasn’t a joke booking by any stretch.

In 2015 he may have been a bit of a dick but nothing compared to what we’ve seen in the last couple of years. He also happened to be one of the biggest, most influential artists on the planet at that time with a critically acclaimed and hugely popular body work behind him.

The festival were right to book him at the time. It would be beyond a joke to book him now.
