I was just about to post this place she's living where Sunetra Gupta's Oxford team have been running things over Neil Ferguson's Imperial College team. Where actually is it?

I only ask as I'd quite like to move there.

Whitty stood there on tv and parroted Ferguson's warnings about Omicron dismissing the S.African experts only a couple weeks ago.

Heneghan and Gupta along with Sweden's epidimidiongsdoisal bloke presented something in Sept 20 and it was apparently a bigger influence on govt policy over the autumn than anything from sage. Not sure about that bollox bloke....but they like him in the telegraph...so...

Definitely applies to festivals and outdoor park gigs - apart from the transport to and from there's so little indoor unventilated stuff going on.

I don't have any issues with it in itself, it does a good thing getting people started and encouraging people to get out. But the nay-saying on here of "now everyone is going to get obese and high risk" is a nonsense. If people can't manage to exercise by themselves for a few months because there's no Park Run then that's more on them than the government.

Tested positive on LFT on Boxing Day and PCR the following day. Can confirm omicron is not that bad. Not pleasant by any means but definitely not worth missing out on your life over. Go out and enjoy yourselves 😀

That’s a really worrying outlook, he clearly has issues. His views are bordering on extremism. Somehow soon we’ve got to build bridges between the pro lockdown (scared) and the anti vax covid is a hoax lot. Society really depends on it

This is really mad, London Victoria is a hugely busy hub for Southern Rail and connects up a lot of commuters to the city. The government will be getting a lot of heat from these sorts of businesses right now to drop that isolation period down.
