I... heavily doubt they are still close friends, by any stretch.   Though I do wonder if Fortnight, with its very 1975-esque sounds, was originally demoed pre-lyrics as a potential duet option.

I can see them being at R&L, just not a headliner. They would go down well as a sub on a day with a rock headliner I reckon

I agree here personally. Because Victorious is so far away, the cost is reasonable but with travel etc on top the headliners need to suit. This yesr the Biffy Day was decent for me and the Fatboy day wasn't the worst but just made it a pain being separate days.

Tame Imapala and Charli would be phenomenal. I know BMTH would be a good shout but they're not my cup of tea. Replace them with another rock act or with a rapper like Eminem or Kendrick and I think that would be one of my favourite trio of headliners this festival has ever had personally.    Of course I know it's now unlikely Charli will be there and there is no chance Tame Impala will be either
