Gilgamesh69
My dad's 60th birthday is on the 2nd so think I'll take him to the show on the 3rd. Any idea how much Gold Circle East tickets are though? Wondering if I should go for those so as to get a decent-ish spot ...

Just gonna go lucky dip anyway, not really bothered where I am in the stadium for the Stones tbh

Just been moaning with my mates and then realised I paid £80 ish for the killers at the emirates. Not richer, just knowing how to justify cost with what youre getting. Its a day festival for ~£100 and youll get to see The Stones and at least a couple other acts that could charge the same price for a gig themselves. Thats already a bargain. And yes we know, gigs are more expensive in the US

Damsonz
I wish we had a clue about the main supports. Could make the difference between me buying GC for one or GA for both.
Gilgamesh69
So... are Stereophonics any good? They're one of those bands that passed me by. I've got tickets to both PJ days but wondering if I should skip the Saturday as it looks weaker compared to the Friday's lineup. Anyone else on there worth checking out? 3 hours ago, the wonderwhy said: £220 for gold circle Fucking hell. Chef
Picked up a GA ticket in the AMEX pre sale. Figured the opportunity to see them play may not come around again.

Massive drop off since then though, and I'd say 20 years since they last did anything worth paying attention to.

Not sure I like my dad THAT much Yes, definitely worth checking out. Word Gets Around is a very good album, and as said Performance and Cocktails has its moments. Mostly the odd one or two songs on subsequent albums but enough there for a very fun greatest hits set. Ignore the wonderwhy, he is anti Welsh, anti working class and anti fun. sisco
So does anyone know if the £92 tickets are actually £92 or about £120 with fees?

SCG95
Looks like Charlatans could be supporting Stones for the Anfield gig. Find out at midday, either way. Hoping we get news on support(s) for the Hyde Park gigs this week.

sisco
Well after moaning about prices…. Got my tickets this morning. Reckon they’ll announce support acts before the sale on Friday? Or just pot luck in what date you choose.
Matt42
Going to guess Sam Fender to support on the 3rd July date I don’t think the War on Drugs is that crazy of a shout either.
