That aside, outdated/old logos for the vast majority of the logo acts. Drake, Dua and Kendrick would be stellar though, but that will never happen.

There is absolutely no way Sum 41 will sub a major UK festival in 2023. Even at their peak of popularity, the best they could manage was 3rd down.

Also BBCC are banned from R&L, and Dua Lipa is MSE headliner or nothing.

Seen 'em three times here just not at festivals, nuts every time. Crowd is such a weird bunch of people which you would expect, had a whale of at time with them all (not one person I know is gonna do to DG with me 😅)

MGK is in the space occupied by Royal Blood, Courteeners etc.

If headlining MSW it would get a few hmm's, if subbing MSE would get a few fair plays

To be fair if KSI is doing MSW, that is going to get a crazy amount of flak so i dont think they'd book MGK in that slot too

I really wouldn't read too much into that, not the first time artists have said similar things. Little Simz finished her west holts stage headliner slot at Glasto with "see  you next time on the pyramid" but it's not a hint and she's not gonna turn down a smaller promotion to other stage instead

This was pretty much the reason for the MSW. To book acts that aren't big enough for the Main Stage headline, but refuse to book anything that isn't a headline.

Effectively a participation trophy slot.
