I'd be disappointed with heavily discounted when free looks inevitable! (at least for Tame Impala and probably The National).

How long do you reckon until we start seeing some serious discounts/freebies (aside from the 2 for 1 we had already)? Can't remember how close to the event the really cheap ones happened before. I guess in August?

Hey everyone,

Just a quick question from some newbies coming from Barcelona, how does the festival transport work? Especially at the exit, as I see that the concerts end around 11 pm. 

Is the metro still available? Is there any alternative option like buses? 

If not, there's always the option of taking a taxi, but I guess that would look like WW III 😂

PS: We are attending The National's day (friday), in case that changes anything or the metro runs later in the night

The tube (metro) will still be running from Bethnal Green/Mile End etc until at least 12.30. There is a night tube but there are often strikes but we've managed to get a tube before 12.30 before. There can be big queues along the road back to the tube station though and it's taken us a good while before. Nightbuses run all night.

Four stations with the nearest being 10 to 15 minutes walk, although in reality this can take a lot longer with crowds!

According to the site there will be no night tube, so services usually run until like 12.30.
