Yeah, I think if Gaga was in-play for Glastonbury in terms of availability and price they’d definitely go for it.   Can see her doing Coachella as a one off album launch, and then a stadium tour to follow in 2026 maybe.   I don’t think it’s that outlandish - they’re different enough from each other as counter programming to be head to head.   Was current thinking Basement Jax and Underworld against them? Could be some good parties there.

When it comes to the argument of free speech I feel the left should take some of the blame. To me there have been times where people have been no platformed when they should have debated and also challenging topics have been shut down instead of explored. This has played into the hands of the rights and at times been counterproductive.   My view is that we have a young generation of very talented people and we need them to find new and innovative ways to take on the populism.  

Heard from someone directly linked to Fred that he’s planning on taking the whole of 2025 off live sets.   The only possibility at the moment would be small pop ups to trial new music, but nothing big. Similar to the pub pop ups he did for album 3.
