You can buy a spray thing to rewaterproof your boots - that's what I'm doing with mine

those percentages are change of rain throughout the day? I mean, as long as lucky and miss any rain that forecast would be pretty good temperature wise...nice and cloudy too...adds a bit of gloominess and menace to the place instead of people pretending they're in ibiza.
