FWIW, 16-18C is absolutely fine with me IF there is minimal rain and wind. However, looks like all three of the worst elements could be a possibility.

Honestly? It wouldnt bother me in the slightest. 

I don't want to turn this into a football topic but... I support Oldham Athletic. Boundary Park is well known for being a bit cold & I've never gone to a game with a coat & a jumper / hoodie on. I'd be too warm. I dont wear a hat, or gloves. That's during winter. My dad thinks I'm mental

Those complaining about temperatures above 18 degrees are from the wet side of the Pennines.
