yeah...I think celebrating hot is kind of dumb...I get that it's good that it isn't rain and mud...but hot and sun all day is just exhausting.

How hot was the Saturday in 2019? That was sweltering. Didn't do much till Lizzo as a result. Not sure I'd want another day of that.

I just remember melting on the Wednesday at Avalon in 2019. Can't remember the weather on the other days too well. 

I remember 2010 being outrageous throughout.

I personally wouldn't. I want it at about 20°

I lost my entire Friday in 2019 because I was unable to cope with the heat. I went to lay in a hammock with mu girlfriend around the T+C area. We both passed out for 4 hours. Luckily we had covered ourselves over or else we'd likely have been in hospital 😂

I saw less than I wanted to in 2019 because it was just too damn hot. For me, 18-22 is absolutely ideal. 23-26 is hot but doable. 26-30 is a problem and 30+ is a write off.

II'm trying too remember if it's been this much of a rollercoaster before. I think in 2010, the heatwave came in relatively close to the festival. I remember mithering over whether to take wellies as we were flying to portugal straight from glasto and it was a pretty last minute decision not to if I remember correctly.

I really think they might have to move festival to earlier in June or May if this becomes the norm...or just provide stuff for hot weather...water cannons, more shaded areas, air con.
