Have to remember that forecasts had shit loads of rain for tomorrow and dry today just a few days ago...now it's some rain today. Things change.

We've had heavy rain predicted today where I am for a few days, no rain on the forecast now. All guesswork

So, we're in place. It's nice and warm. Here's the first two days.

WEDNESDAY

Totally dry, and we're back to a warm one on this run at 24.

Pressure picture remains very similar in the two runs.

THURSDAY

Dry during the day with max temps of 26.

But like on the last run, there is some rain around on Thursday evening.

We appear to be in a better position with the low pressure now. The high looks to be performing better. But will the low still push down on Friday?

FRIDAY

Another wet day in this run unfortunately, but temps hold up with a high of 23. Rain starts at lunch and doesn't clear until the early evening. Worst of it mid-afternoon.

The low is coming down, but it's not as pronounced. What will it do over the weekend?

Anyone understand jetstreams? Watching them unfold on the latest run is interesting, even though I can only guess at what their changes bring about.  Could become a new area for us to speculate on and worry about?

Hopefully this is a trend, and we will see that low pushed further north in subsequent runs.

SATURDAY

Highs of 21. There is some rain around during the day, but not as bad as Friday and certainly not as bad as the last run.

We're in a much better position with the low, this time it sits at the top of the UK. But it's still threatening.

It all depends what that Jet Stream decides to do, that brings the weather fronts in. No idea yet
