Just got an email saying Deposit Cancelled!!!!!??????

I would try the other route....via your Glasto registration lookup.....if that doesn't work contact SeeTicket customer support (with your booking reference number) and ask them how to access your order.

That’ seems a bit of an odd request … don’t they just refund to the card they were purchased with ? I’d be a bit hesitant here

I would ring them. When one of my team dropped out I got refunded automatically to the card I had used.

Probably ok but best to be cautious.

The original transaction was 2 and a half years ago, so I assume that in a majority of cases the original card used has now expired or the account closed.

I got that email (one of my friends now can’t go) it’s because the card used on the original transaction has now expired.

I'm also getting nothing on the See Tickets ticket checker. Tried every combination of post code, confirmation number. I have all the emails confirming I have a deposit paid and confirming rollover of my deposit so I'm not concerned. 

Sorry if this has been covered but is the consensus that if we need to change the address the ticket is sent to, we can do this when we pay the balance?

I think if you go on Glastonbury see tickets there’s a link to retrieve/edit details. They then send you an e mail allowing you  change things, that’s according to their website anyway!
