glastonbury2022 Sticklinch / Worthy View Swap

We’d originally booked a 4 person bell tent in Sticklinch.  Sadly there are only 2 of us going now so we are looking to downsize.  Is anyone in a similar situation and there original booking is no longer suitable?  Does anyone want to swap? 

We have asked the organisers and been told that we would have to cancel our 4 person tent and try again in the resale IF there are any. 

Our other option is to take our own camping gear.  We are arriving on the coach on Thursday.  Where would the best campsites be to try?

Any help would be appreciated, especially being so close to the balance deadline.

If you are arriving on Thursday then the campsites nearest the coach park will still have plenty of room. I have camped in Pylon twice in 2015/2019 and it has been fine. Not far from the John Peel/Silver Hayes  and not a million miles from Pyramid/Other either. I also think Lime Kiln which is off to the left and just above Wicket traditionally has space also if you preferred  slightly elevated position.

Shame you are having to downsize for this festival, those bell tents are ace. I got my Sticklinch accommodation in the last resale so hopefully you can be successful too.

If you do decide to camp inside the fence the stewards at the entrance will have an uptodate map showing which fields still have room and if it is a modestly sized tent for you both there will still be plenty of options, just not in what are considered the popular areas.
