I heard a Kooks song on the radio yesterday, sounded like they were trying to cover Prince’s Sign O’The Times.

It was fucking terrible.

O yes there was a time and place for the kooks, and that was 2007 in Uni indie nights (with the exception of going silly to the aforementioned Naive)

such longevity that no one either would have predicted or in fact needed in 2022

Yeah, that one is a bummer. Hopefully they pop up in May. I mean maybe theyre on it but Melvin wasnt going to allow 2 Latitude headliners to be on the first Glasto poster cause they gotta sell some tickets first.

Met Ryan Jarman after The Cribs tonight in Sheffield and got chatting about Glasto. He said The Cribs are headlining the Truth Stage.

Does anyone suspect that Happy Mondays will end up being there? Their tour dates seem to suggest so, but not sure with them not being on the initial poster.

Maybe they’re the opening act on the Other. Usually those acts are not on the poster.

They were opening it in 2020 and were on the poster.

Maggie Rodgers is a real surprise. Same with Manics I don't understand it as both touring and love Glasto etc.

Any chance King Krule and Richard Dawson will show up? I feel like there's a fair chance for Richard Dawson, he was on the 2020 poster and he is not necessarily first poster material. But King Krule, I suppose he would have been on this poster if he was scheduled to play Glasto?

Do you think any act that was on the 2020 poster, but not 2022, are not playing this year? Looking at Happy Monday's schedule I'm not sure why they wouldn't be playing.
