They should have Carhenge in the Legends spot. Bring back some edge, from when Glastonbury was good, not like it is now - it’s all shite nowadays.

what's ashite is middle class w*nkers who go round labelling others as middle class.

hopefully this will help Tday 🙂 or at the very least not hinder it 🙂

I mean due to what’s going on right now it’s not going to make its way into the news.

Anything not to do with the Queen will be buried for 2 weeks at least.

It’s not even been announced so I doubt anyone outside of this forum even knows.

I know they won’t, but if they did announce this before t-day, it would be to the favour of the die hards. No casual bucket-lister is going to hear this news and think ‘yes, 2023 is the year I MUST be there’.

I don't think it'd make any difference either way, but for the sake of argument I'll point out that the age at which people start worrying about bucket lists is currently exactly the age group that grew up listening to Roxy Music..

If they announced Tay Tay rather than Roxy Music (before ticket day), the difference in demand would be huge.

Of course, but we've not even heard anything I'd call a solid rumour on that one. Just expectation due to her likely to be touring a new album and having been lined announced for 2020. Don't think it's likely we hear anything on her before the ticket sale though, even her own tour dates may not drop until the album comes out. She's one of the few rumoured names that'd make any net difference to demand though.

I told my hopeful group and there was a fair bit of disappointment as they were really hoping it would the Spice Gals.

It’s unlikely to stop any of them trying for tickets.

I'm holding off for now, one is only going atm because of the spice girls (she went before but is the only girl this year which does change the dynamic etc)

You should maybe stress that - even without the Roxy Music news - they'd still be a very much an outside bet.

She loved it last year and likes festivals, its not like she would hate it otherwise haha
