EDIT: so, in 2019, I got my despatch email 20 days before the festival. I’m 2022, I get my despatch email 20 days before the festival. Is this a…..PATTERN? (I know it’s not, but still..)

It should be a really simple tool. As each ticket changes to dispatched it would calculate the percentage. Something very basic in Excel or similar would make this very easy to achieve.

But it sounds like it’s unreliable so might be someone at See Tickets with their finger in the wind!

I booked some tickets for mates in resale. The lead booker has had despatch email saying he’s getting 4 tickets?  Anyone know if that’s right as I’d expect all to be sent to individual’s addresses?

i'm still waiting on mine, my postie is brilliant, so once the tickets are in his hands they're safe. 🙂 

my postie will have three houses in a row to do here, as my neighbours on both sides are going.

Finally got mine in hand yesterday after a failed delivery, then 3 attempts to pick them up from the Post Office for them to have initially lost them, but then get a phone call on my way home from the last attempted pick up to say they found the envelope, PHEW!

6th June - link still not working, no updates…

Hoping the posties are working the BH backlog and I’ll get them by Wednesday!

Same. Received despatch email late on 3 June too. Link not working yet either. RM tracker says check back tomorrow.
 

We’ve had no post today either. 100% it’s the Jubilee backlog. Am expecting tomorrow or even Wednesday.

EDIT: just checked again and the tracker’s kicked into life. Delivery should be attempted by 1pm tomorrow.

See tickets really should have factored in the additional bank holidays and the backlog in collection and delivery it was bound to create. Ticket delivery should really be completed 3 weeks before the event and that includes car passes, accommodation info etc.

Still waiting for the campervan east tickets to be sent out. Was in the latest resale so not concerned yet
